Purpose and eligibility

MelaReport is a reporting and case-follow-up service for participating organizations. The service is operated for SMS purposes under the registered brand Daniel A2P Messaging Bundle. Version 1 is intended for adults aged 18 and older. No reporter account is created.

Not an emergency service

Do not use MelaReport for an immediate threat to life, safety, or property. Contact the appropriate local emergency service first.

Responsible use

Provide information you reasonably believe is accurate. Do not submit unlawful content, malicious files, impersonation, harassment, spam, or information unrelated to the selected organization. Submit only evidence you are permitted to provide and avoid unnecessary personal information.

Tracking credentials

The tracking code and access key provide access to report follow-up. Keep them private and store them separately. MelaReport cannot recover an access key after it is lost.

SMS Terms

When an organization publishes an SMS-enabled MelaReport number, you may opt in by texting REPORT, the organization's routing code, or another keyword published by that organization. Daniel A2P Messaging Bundle will send the transactional response you requested, normally a secure link to the organization's reporting form. Message frequency varies and is generally one or two messages for each request. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of future messages from that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact notifymelareport@gmail.com. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

WhatsApp secure-link terms

When a participating organization publishes a WhatsApp entry account, you may send its organization code to request the secure web reporting link. Do not send report narratives, evidence, identity or consent choices, or case replies in WhatsApp. MelaReport will not create or update a report from WhatsApp content and will not send later report- status updates through WhatsApp. Use the secure web form and status portal for all reporting and follow-up.

Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out of MelaReport secure-link responses. You may also block the business account in WhatsApp. Availability and provider processing vary by country and participating organization.

Organization responsibility and availability

The participating organization controls its reporting program and is responsible for its decisions and responses. MelaReport may protect, maintain, suspend, or change the service to address security, legal, or operational needs. Availability varies by platform, law, and device compatibility.
